Phenol Formaldehyde Resins & Moulding Compound are registered under the brand name Vecolite. Produced using PF Resins and highly refined raw materials, these products have excellent mechanical, electrical and heat resistant properties.

PF RESIN

Phenolic resin, also known as Phenol Formaldehyde resin (PF), is a synthetic resin produced from the polymerization of a phenol and formaldehyde. PF Resin is produced both as a Liquid Resols and as a Powder Novolac.

VCO offers wide-ranging resin solutions for friction, abrasives, refractory, paper impregnation, insulation, and composites that comply with BS, DIN, ISO, JIS and Indian Standards.

VCO offers various types of phenolic resol resins which provide superior heat resistance, good flexibility, high mechanical strength and good friction properties. Liquid resols are more commonly used, and are self curing in nature. Being sensitive to higher temperatures, resols have a limited shelf life.

Vecolite novolac resins have high heat resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, high strength and other functionality. As Powder novolacs contains no reactive groups so it require external cross linking agents, giving it the benefits like
hardness, and heat and chemical resistance properties. Various applications for Phenolic Resins include :
